Burndy HYLUG™ terminals are designed for terminating copper conductors in a wide variety of electrical connections including heavy-duty industrial, utility and submersible. The connectors are manufactured from seamless high conductivity electrolytic copper tubing with heavy duty wall thickness which provides maximum conductivity, low resistance and ductility for an excellent combination of electrical and crimp forming properties. The connectors are electro-tin plated to provide a durable, long-lasting corrosion resistance and are UL LISTED 90° C, 600 volts to 35 kV and CSA certified to 600 volts.

Scotch® Linerless Rubber Splicing Tape 130C is a highly conformable, linerless, ethylene rubber (EPR), high-voltage insulating tape, formulated to provide excellent thermal dissipation of splice heat. The tape is designed for use in splicing and terminating wires and cables. Rated up to 90˚C continuous operating temperatures and short-term 130˚C overload service. The tape has excellent physical and electrical properties, which provide immediate moisture seals and void-free build-ups. This product can be used for low and high-voltage (through 69 kV) applications.
CSA Standard

Flat Cables Saddles
Sizes: Medium #4 AWG; Large: #1 & #2 AWG; KS1 2.300″; KS2 2.650″; KS3 3.100″
Distributes more hold strength and space (2.5″) when coupled with 1 1/4″ flat band • Bigger gripping surface – doesn’t allow the cable to slip through a band alone
• Smaller portion of metal around pipe but more holding capability on the cable
•  Less dents in cable
Round Cables Saddles
Sizes: #1, #2, #4 AWG Round Cables
Holds round cable in place on production pipe Benefits:
Reduces denting in cable and armor damage Useful with lead round cables
