√ Corra/Clad™‘s outer jacket is an approved grounding means of a listed cable assembly and employs a continuous, gas/vapor tight metal sheath. √ Corra/Clad™ is permitted for use in hospitals and health care facilities, including all patient care areas per Article 517-13(a) and (b). A properly sized ground must also be a part of the listed assembly. √ When Corra/Clad™ is ordered with a separate ground the green ground wire is marked “ISOLATED GROUND COND.” √ For Health Care Facility wiring Corra/Clad™ has quickly become the preferred method of wiring for these facilities. (Consult local authorities for special inclusions or restrictions.) |

| FIRE RESISTANT | ||||||

√ Due to its solid fill construction, smoke can not chimney through the continuous sheath. This lack of oxygen makes Corra/Clad™ and Metal Clad squared fire resistant. Corra/Clad™ may be used in a plenum area per Article 300-22(b) of the NEC. |
